Tri-State Enterprises announces the acquisition of WM Automotive and its Retail Locations.

Fort Smith, AR – Tri-State Enterprises, a large wholesale distributor of automotive parts, car audio/electronics, and truck accessories, is proud to announce the new acquisition of WM Automotive based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Tri-State is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas and is a warehouse distributor of automotive aftermarket hard parts, consumables, accessories, car audio and paint. The Company serves automotive service centers, independent parts and accessories stores, e-commerce retailers, and business fleets.

WM Automotive was established on September 1,1976. Founder Wilson McMillion has been the leader in the auto parts distribution channel in the Texas market and has had the reputation in the industry for top-quality brand names, value-added service and well-trained people. Mr. McMillion was a loyal employee for years when he started his career. At one point he began to think “Why can’t I do this, and do it better?” Starting initially with 6 people, the company has grown to over 220 employees and operates out of 147,000 sqft of office/warehouse space.
